Concealed Carry
Friday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Men’s University at Men’s Retreat will offer a Concealed Carry class beginning at 9:00 am on Friday morning, February 24. The class size will be limited to 25. Completion of this class and certification will qualify you for a class one concealed carry permit. The lecture portion of the class will begin at 9:00 am and conclude by 1:00 pm with a break for lunch. The range certification will be at an indoor range in Devils Lake on Saturday afternoon, immediately following lunch.
Important details:
Fee: $55 (covers lecture, range fee, fingerprinting, and photo for the permit). This option must be added to your event registration.
Age limits
Class 1 - 21 years and older
Class 2 - 18 years and older
Range firearm: Restricted to .22 caliber rim fire handgun
Range certification will be at an indoor range in Devils Lake following lunch. Certification is required to qualify for a Class 1 permit.
ID or driver’s license is required
Application to the state for your permit must include payment of a $60 application fee at the time application is submitted. The class fee listed above will be paid to cover the lecture expense.
Your registration is refundable minus a $5 admin fee up to February 21, at which point it becomes non-refundable.
